At YOKKAO, we are committed to providing high-quality Muay Thai and MMA gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
